The Saltwater Barracuda complete upper is a gem of a find. At 350 usd you get a good quality well made upper with stainless steel barrel, brake, cover. Plus, the cerakote upper and handguard, and the coated bolt. Add all of that together at that price and you have an amazing deal that leaves the competition in the dust. I have two.
