Can I get a Military, Veteran, Law Enforcement or First Responders Discount?
YES! OUTERWILD OUTPOST offers a 10% discount to the military, veteran, law enforcement and first responders. This discount is applied at the time of purchase once verification has been processed. Exceptions do apply and Outerwild Outpost reserves the right to change this discount at any time. This discount cannot be combined with any other offers on our website unless specified. This includes Dealer Network discounts.
How to Apply for a Discount: If you are military, law enforcement or first responder, please create an account and then submit an email to email@example.com. Make sure to add the subject of "Military/Law Enforcement/First Responders Discount" in the email. Attach verification to email. Once verified, we will update your account to receive discounted pricing.
Verification Requirements: If you are retired military/veteran, please submit form DD214. For active status military, please upload any certificate or document showing your branch and full name. Law enforcement and first responders please submit ID card verification.
Please note we can not apply discounts to orders that have already been placed or shipped.
What is your warranty policy?
All Outerwild products carry a lifetime warranty against original material and manufacturing defects. If your Outerwild part breaks, malfunctions, or just plain wears out, Outerwild will repair or replace it for you. Outerwild does not warranty products or damages caused to Outerwild products by the incorrect or even correct installment of other manufacturer’s products. Of course, wear and breakage must be reasonable and occur during normal socially acceptable usage.
It’s very simple, we want you to be as happy with your purchase for as long as you own it.
What is your return policy?
If you wish to return an item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Contact must be made within 30 days of purchase for your refund. You may return most new, unopened components within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. If you changed your mind, or the part does not fit your need, simply contact us at email@example.com and we’ll let you know where to ship it back for a refund or online store credit. If the part is defective in any way, we will replace it immediately and issue you a return label for the defective part. Merchandise must be return shipped in a protective box. If you decide to cancel your order, this can be done prior to the shipment being processed and your credit card transaction will be voided. You must notify us quickly, as we ship very fast!
Why haven’t I received my tracking number yet?
Your order will be issued a tracking number as soon as it has been packed and a shipping label created. Please make sure your email address is correct on your account.
I’ve received my tracking number, but it isn’t active yet.
Your tracking number generally doesn't activate until it is scanned by the shipping company. Sometimes, especially with USPS, this may not happen at pickup. If you have been issued a tracking number, rest assured that you order is on the way, and check back later.
How do I know the item is in stock?
If you can order the item, it is in stock. On the extremely rare occasion that we run out before your order is picked, we will contact you immediately to resolve the issue.
The item I want is out of stock or I need a higher quantity than is in stock.

I have received my order, but it is damaged or missing an item.
Please contact us immediately at email@example.com and do not discard your packaging. We’ll get replacement parts out to you immediately.
How do I know my parts are made in the USA?
Most of the parts we sell, we make, so we are positive as to their origin! For the components that we do not manufacture in house, we only source from trusted friends in the industry. We have been to their facilities and seen them manufacture the parts. Many of these parts are used for contract orders where USA made parts are required. We are very careful about the origin of anything that we sell.
Why won’t you ship a lower receiver directly to my house?
All serialized lower receivers are considered firearms by the ATF. The ATF requires that we ship only to licensed firearms dealers. We will ship to the dealer of your choice, however any fees charged by the dealer to transfer to you, are between you and the dealer. Please make sure that you have communicated with your dealer prior to placing an order.
Can I Purchase a Blemished Product for a Discount?
If we have a minor, cosmetically-blemished product we add it to the site. Please note the discount applied to this product is because it is slightly blemished. This item is just as functional and exceptional in quality but has a minor cosmetic inconsistency.

Please note we inspect all our components based on our stringent standards, our blemished products are fully functional. These blemished products are sold ”as is” at a discounted price for someone who doesn’t mind a slight imperfection, but demands a good product.
