Build your own bolt carrier group from the ground up. Our carriers are made in house at Outerwild, to mil-spec M16 dimensions from the correct 8620 steel. They are deburred, tumbled, heat treated and receive a final grind to ensure they they meet the print exactly. The QPQ Black Nitride treatment ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Our house machined 4140 gas key is finished by H&M for a deep black nitride finish and hydraulically staked to ensure that you gas key screws to not come loose.
