The Outerwild AR15 selectors are 100% American made, cast and heat treated per Mil-Spec. Journals are properly ground after heat treat, these selectors feel great and fit perfectly in any Mil-Spec sized receiver. The levers on our ambidextrous selector are removable and interchangeable so you can set it up as you desire. Use a small amount of medium strength thread locker on the screws for best results.

A Great Quality, Functional Piece
This is a well-made ambidextrous selector that looks great and does the job. Styling is more along the classic Mil-Spec lines, which means it looks like it belongs, unlike some others. It functions flawlessly. My only nitpick is that the color of the 2 opposing screws doesn’t match perfectly—one looks like a phosphate finish like the rest of the piece, while the other has a slightly shiny, nitride look. It’s a subtle difference, but noticeable if you really look.

AR15 SELECTOR - AMBI PHOSPHATE
The color of the phosphate is very nice on the selector. Much lighter than the black of the lower, so it pops a bit. Very sturdy when put together. The three that I installed yesterday took a bit of effort to go from safe to fire and back the first go round. Did take a bit of strength to force it, but after I did that it seemed to have broken in nicely. The only reason I mentioned that is because the selector did not give at all. Didn't loosen up, the little screws that go in the ends stay nice and tight as if it was one solid piece all along. All you can ask for really. I also love the fact that when it's in the fire position, on the right side, it's tapered to fit your finger. Makes it very comfortable when pulling the trigger. Highly recommend.
