Outerwild AR15 barrels are produced in-house by Outerwild. Using our fully automated robotic-driven production line, we drill, ream, rifle, contour and assemble our barrels from raw bar stock to the finished product. These barrels are properly stress relieved after rifling, air-gauge tested, and individually checked for head space. Our quality control system ensures they are dimensionally correct and bores fall well within their individual tolerance ensuring superior accuracy.

Fix the cal engraving
Great barrel, but the laser engraving of the caliber and twist is DEEP, and introduces a corrosion path to the substrate. The rest of the laser markings are perfect.

Fantastic 16" Midlength Barrel
Fantastic barrels! I've used several of them and every single one has been spot on! Headspace is perfect with quality bolts. I get Sub-MOA with Hornady Varmint Express 55-grain ammo. Carbine buffer with Sprinco white-hot makes for a soft and reliable ejection across various ammo.

Great barrel for the price!
I got two of these WLA 16” mid-length barrels on the buy one get one 50% off sale, which is a steal. I have been looking at these barrels for a while now and this was the right time to pick a couple of these up. The quality is excellent on these, nice deep smooth nitride finish. Nice contour to the barrel, 11 degree target crown, and the markings are crisp and clear. I can’t wait to build these and shoot them. Great quality for the price. I would say on par with Rainier Arms mid grade barrels and ballistic advantage barrels as far as quality goes.
