Outerwild AR15 barrels are produced in-house by Outerwild. Using our fully automated robotic-driven production line, we drill, ream, rifle, contour and assemble our barrels from raw bar stock to the finished product. These barrels are properly stress relieved after rifling, air-gauge tested, and individually checked for head space. 0ur quality control system ensures they are dimensionally correct and bores fall well within their individual tolerance ensuring superior accuracy.

Fix cal and twist engraving
Great barrel, but the laser engraving of the caliber and twist is DEEP, and introduces a corrosion path to the substrate. The rest of the laser markings are perfect.

Excellent machining, positive carrier lock up with BCG, finish quality superb, fit to upper receiver excellent, GB journal in spec and it groups really well.

I hate to cover them up!!
These barrels look so good sometimes I just hate to hide their quality by putting the handguard on...I'm serious!! They group wonderfully also.
