AR15 Handguards

 The Outerwild AR15 handguards come in a wide variety of designs and rail length. We make our handguards right here in our Lake Zurich facility from 6061-T6 aluminum then complete with a deep, lustrous black hard-coat anodized finish. Unlike many manufacturers who simply cut holes and slots in their extrusion, we machine every surface of the exterior to ensure a uniform and flat surface and tumble them smooth. M-LOK mounting points are along the  3 o’clock, 6 o’clock, and 9 o’clock positions. Our 4140 barrel nut does not require indexing and will not rotate or slip forward.
