From our custom 6061-T6 extrusion, our premium line of free float handguards are machined in-house at our Outerwild. Unlike many manufacturers who simply cut holes and slots in their extrusion, we machine every surface of the exterior to ensure a uniform and flat surface. Our 4140 steel barrel nut does not need to be indexed for gas tube clearance, and easily installs with a standard castle nut wrench.

Excellent Handguard!
This is a very high quality and esthetically pleasing handguard at an excellent price (I also got the bogo free deal). Fit and finish are top-notch and the construction appears to be solid and super durable. Hardware is good quality (i.e., no YFS fasteners). Easy to install, though I did have to do a bit of filing on the anti-rotation tabs to get it to fit on an Aero Precision upper (this resulted in a very snug and secure fit, however). Very happy with this product; I would suggest, however, that White Label Armory include a logo somewhere on it. Order fulfillment was quick! I would recommend this handguard and will look to WLA for future purchases.

Really Nice, but...
....could be better if they had QD mounts built in fore and aft on both sides. Really lightweight, anti-rotation tabs are very robust. I’m using these on our in house built mid-tier custom AR rifle builds.
